A detuned saw with retrigger off
I take a saw wave, disable the retrigger, add 8 voices and add a lot of detune. I like a lot of detune.

A fast random LFO on the pitch
In LFO 1, enable Pitch AB and open it around 5%. Open the gain, open the rate all the way, and in the wave select random.
You can control the chaos with the gain knob and the detune.

Envelope 1 for a pitch attack
In Envelope 1, select Pitch AB as well, take it down a bit, open the decay slightly and take down the sustain. Now you have a pitch attack one octave up. Then add some reverb.
