Noise FM and random detune
First I FM oscillator A from the noise oscillator. Second, I add a lot of detune and combine it with randomization.

Fast LFO and chaos on the tuning
Third, LFO 1 on a high rate, added to the fine tune. Fourth, in the mod sources, Chaos 1 on the coarse pitch with the level taken down. Make sure the chaos is on a very high rate.
Then you can also add an envelope to the coarse pitch, or take it down.

A slow band pass into Zero Square
Finally, I add a filter on a band pass with a high resonance and drive, and make it move through the mid frequencies with a slow moving LFO. Then I just add a lot of distortion on Zero Square.
