My notes from this Short
A reverb filter around 100 hertz
On a basic hat loop I add Serum FX in the mixer and grab a filter: miscellaneous, reverb. I put it around 100 hertz.
Then I open up the resonance to make it longer, around 80%, and dampen it a little bit to cut off the highs. Now take the mix down.

Automate the mix and the cutoff
I automate two knobs. The first one is the mix, so you can control the effect, and the second one is the cutoff. I take the cutoff to 60 hertz, then move it to 180 hertz and copy that value as well.
Now change it from that higher range to that lower range, open up the mix and see what happens.
A fully open mix is overdone
You can do a lot of crazy stuff. If I put the mix at always open and change the cutoff, you can hear it's very overdone. So don't overdo it.
