Tighten it and boost the mids
Step 1, I use a noise gate to make it tighter. Step 2, muffle the highs and muffle the lows. Step 3, boost the mids a lot.
Then add some saturation.

Vocal Doubler and a wave shaper
Add stereo wideness with Vocal Doubler on a low mix. Then add distortion with a wave shaper, and a clean up EQ to get rid of all those peaks.
03
Hard compression into OTT
Then hard compression and OTT compression. Finally, an EQ to muffle the highs.
