Max velocity on the accented offbeats
Here's a normal loop. First I take the top notes and the accented offbeat notes and put the velocity all the way to the max. You want the acid cutoff to open up on these higher velocity notes.

Velocity mapped to the cutoff knob
In Serum you can map the velocity to the cutoff knob. Now if the velocity goes up, the cutoff changes.
Play around with this and change the velocity, so you increase the power of your acid sequence.
