Symmetry mode for more crunch
In Misstortion 2, which is free, you'll find a symmetry mode, which asymmetrically distorts the kick. Asymmetrical distortion distorts one half of the waveform while the other half isn't being distorted.
You can add it in any of the distortions I have in this chain, and the more you add, the crunchier it gets.

A light bit crusher
The second thing I add is a bit crusher, which is also in Misstortion. Don't overdo it.

Waveshaper on the Bitmunched preset
The final thing is a waveshaper with the Bitmunched preset. Put it anywhere in the chain and just move it around, because it has a really big effect. At the end is perfect.
Then tone down the mix a little bit.
