Oscillator B with a lot of overtones
I start with oscillator A and take down the randomization. Oscillator B gets any spectral wavetable with a lot of overtones in it. I take down the randomization there as well and make sure I have FM A from B.
Now I just take down the level and take down the octaves.

Envelope 2 and LFO 2 on the German low pass
I take a filter and select a very analog one, like the German low pass. I shape envelope 2 and add some release, add some release on envelope 1, and add LFO 2 to the German low pass cutoff.
