Low threshold compression and no bass
I add LFO 2 to the German low pass cutoff. Then I simply add compression with a very low threshold, an EQ to get rid of the bass, and delay and reverb with a low cut and a high cut to make it wider.

FM from the sub oscillator
You can also take FM from the sub oscillator. Enable it, set it to minus 2 on a sine wave, and you have double the fun.
You can now also change the wavetables and the wavetable position, and really get a lot of dope sounds.
