Rolling bass and a stab
First I make a rolling bass. Add sidechain and make sure it makes a melody. Then add a stab, with those high up notes.

Vocal drone, drums and a delayed vocal
Next comes a vocal drone with some sidechain, then punchy drums. The final step is a vocal with a lot of delay. Then play everything together.
