The sampler 48 semitones down
I disable oscillator 1, open the sampler and take it down 48 semitones. Then I take a filter and add the sampler to it.

Soft clip, a second filter and reverb
In the effects, add distortion on soft clipping and take another filter down. Add reverb at around 30%, and put a compressor at the end without changing anything.
Take Vital into the mixer, add some sidechain and add a top kick. You can change the character by opening the filter or changing the semitone transposition.
